2 new versions of our Happiness Diagnosis

In 2019 we started building a happiness diagnosis. We were in the 1st Edition of the Postgraduate course in People Management and Organizational Happiness, which the Instituto Universitário Atlântico organized.

The Curricular Unit was: "Ethics, Happiness and Philosophical Advice".

Students were the first to answer the Q100, which was divided into 5 categories. (see image above)

As they responded, we exchanged ideas about the content. Improvement suggestions were also made.

After answering the 100 questions and submitting, they received in their registration email a report with the final result and feedback for each of the questions.

At that moment, the students began to ask several questions about the result obtained and to try to understand not only reality, but also ways to improve the future. That's when the approach to the PROJECT@ method emerged, in which, in a set of 5 sessions, it would be possible to do a more individualized work.

However, the possibility of this work being carried out in a company context was raised. For these cases, the technological tool makes it possible to obtain information about specific teams, to know which person has the highest/least high score and to understand which of the 5 categories (life circumstances, emotional well-being, physical well-being, relationships and achievement personal) it makes more sense to work first.

Between 2019 and 2023, the Q100 was improved several times, as a result of its application by thousands of individual/business customers. Right now we have V12.

Starting today, the Q100 tool is available in English and Spanish. It can be applied to individual customers and business customers.
